Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis), as only a modest gesture.

Ochacho made the remark during a TikTok livestream on Monday, shortly after the couple’s wedding ceremony in Lagos, where he revealed that the property was not the biggest gift he hoped to give the content creator.

The businessman said his decision to present the mansion was inspired by Peller’s personality and generosity, adding that acts of giving often attract greater blessings.

According to Ochacho, the property would likely remain the least valuable gift he would present to Peller, as he hinted at plans for bigger support in the future.

Ochacho Explains Why He Gifted Peller Luxury Mansion

The mansion was officially presented to Peller and Jarvis during their wedding ceremony, with Ochacho disclosing that the property, located in Abuja, was valued at ₦400 million.

The gesture quickly attracted attention on social media, with many fans celebrating the extravagant wedding gift.

The mansion gift was also said to have fulfilled a promise Ochacho previously made to support Peller during an earlier social event.

While presenting the property, the real estate entrepreneur suggested that the gesture marked the beginning of his support for the TikTok personality rather than the end.
