The drama went down during a rehearsal for a skincare task, where tempers flared and tensions exploded. According to reports, Sultana accused Faith of being domineering and trying to boss the group around despite the task not matching Faith’s medical background. Things escalated when Faith allegedly grabbed a basket containing task materials, causing Sultana to lose her balance and fall. She injured her ankle and hand in the chaos.
Even when another housemate, Kaybobo, attempted to intervene, the conflict didn’t deescalate. Frustrated and fearing for her sanity in the same group, Sultana declared she could no longer continue working with Faith.
