On a recent Call Her Daddy podcast appearance, she dismissed the claims as unfounded and insisted her success came from talent, drive, and destiny not a hidden scheme.
She made it clear: no label ever signed her with the goal of sabotaging someone else’s career. (Yes, she didn’t mention names but we all know where this was aimed.)
Cardi also pushed back on the notion that female rappers’ disagreements always stem from secret plots. She noted that sometimes, people simply don’t get along and that doesn’t automatically mean there’s a master plan behind it.
This isn’t the first time drama popped between her and Nicki their feud was immortalized after a 2018 NYFW drama where shoes flew. But with this latest statement, Cardi seems determined to shift the narrative from rivalry to her artistry and legacy.
