Toyosi Etim Effiong, wife of Nollywood actor Daniel Etim Effiong, has said she does not see cheating as enough reason to end a marriage.
She made the remark during a recent episode of the Toke Moments podcast, where she spoke about marriage, faith and commitment.
According to Toyosi, she believes prayer and spiritual support play a stronger role in sustaining a marriage than walking away when problems arise.
“Cheating is not a dealbreaker for me. I even created a prayer group, Wives of Entertainers Prayer Group, to pray for our husbands so that Jezebels will not carry them,” she said.
She explained that instead of giving up on her marriage, she prefers to focus on faith, prayer and strengthening her home.
Toyosi also stressed that love, patience and open communication are important for a successful marriage, adding that couples must put in consistent effort to make things work.
