Nigerian businessman, Olakunle Churchill, has stirred reactions on social media after dropping a cryptic message days after he was ignored by actress Tonto Dikeh and his wife, Rosy Meurer, on Father’s Day.
Father’s Day was celebrated on June 21, 2026, with many Nigerians, including celebrities, taking to social media to celebrate fathers, husbands and father figures.
However, Churchill was not publicly celebrated by Rosy Meurer or Tonto Dikeh, despite his recent reconciliation with the latter.
The development triggered conversations online, with many social media users linking the silence to rumours of a marital crisis between Churchill and Rosy.
Churchill, however, celebrated himself on Father’s Day by sharing his picture and praying for all his children.
But in a post on his Instagram page on Tuesday, the businessman appeared to respond to the controversy with a cryptic message.
“Smart people know when to play dumb. I know who is fake, I just enjoy watching their performance,” he wrote.
The post has since fuelled further speculation, with fans questioning whether Churchill was referring to the Father’s Day silence or the growing rumours surrounding his family relationships.
Churchill’s relationship history with Tonto Dikeh and Rosy Meurer has often attracted public attention.
He was previously married to Tonto before their marriage collapsed in a widely publicised separation.
He later married Rosy Meurer, a development that generated controversy at the time.
The latest drama comes months after Churchill also failed to celebrate both Rosy and Tonto during Mother’s Day in March 2026, choosing instead to celebrate only his mother.
