Daddy Freeze Sparks Debate With Health Claim

Popular media personality Daddy Freeze sent social media into a frenzy after claiming that men need to ejaculate at least 21 times a month to reduce their risk of prostate cancer  a statement that quickly stirred big debate online.

During a livestream with content creator Caterefe, Freeze insisted frequent ejaculation was linked to a lower chance of developing the disease, though he clarified he wasn’t encouraging masturbation as a strict rule. “If a man doesn’t reach that frequency, he could be setting himself up for possible prostate cancer,” he said and this has left many critics questioning the accuracy of his claim.

Experts and social media users were quick to push back, noting that no medical guideline sets a specific number of times required to prevent cancer, and that what studies show is only a possible association  not a guaranteed prevention method. Other factors like diet, lifestyle, genetics, and regular health check-ups play a much bigger role in overall prostate health.

So while some research suggests a trend where more frequent ejaculation might be linked to reduced risk, health professionals warn against turning it into a hard rule or health prescription.
