Nigerian socialite Cubana Chief Priest has thrown subtle but sharp shade at Afrobeats star Burna Boy, following his recent clash with DJ DJ Tunez and the wave of reactions that followed.

The drama stems from an alleged nightclub altercation involving Burna Boy and DJ Tunez, which quickly went viral online. Reports claim the situation escalated into a physical confrontation, with multiple individuals allegedly involved in the incident.

Amid the controversy, Burna Boy was seen in a video dancing and mocking the situation, repeatedly chanting phrases linked to DJ Tunez while celebrating the moment. This clip further fueled reactions from fans and industry figures.

Reacting to the situation, Cubana Chief Priest took to social media to mock Burna Boy using a sarcastic reference tied to American music mogul Sean Combs. He joked that he was previously only aware of “Diddy oil” but was surprised to now hear about a “Diddy towel,” implying ridicule toward Burna Boy’s actions and public image.

His comment comes shortly after fellow superstar Wizkid also criticized Burna Boy, calling out the alleged group attack on his DJ and mocking his behavior online.

The situation has since intensified ongoing tensions within the Afrobeats scene, with fans divided and social media buzzing over the exchange of jabs between top industry figures.
