Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has revealed the reason behind her silence in the face of repeated insults and death wishes allegedly aimed at her family by fellow actress Lizzy Anjorin.
In a Sunday Instagram post, Ojo stated that her intentional silence was due to her focus on family, particularly the recent arrival of her grandson and supporting her daughter, Priscilla, through motherhood.
Ojo also mentioned that her legal team is closely monitoring the situation and preparing to take action. She acknowledged the numerous messages and concerns from fans regarding the defamatory statements and curses directed at her family. “Honestly, I struggle to hold my peace, but sometimes silence is necessary. Who God has blessed, no one can curse,” she wrote.
The actress assured her supporters that her lawyers are documenting all allegations and that the matter will be addressed directly upon her return to Lagos. She expressed gratitude for the ongoing support and urged fans to remain patient.
