Rapper Ja Rule was caught on camera in a heated argument with fellow hip-hop figures Tony Yayo and Uncle Murda while aboard a Delta Air Lines flight from San Francisco to New York and the tense moment quickly went viral online.

According to the footage circulating on social media, the trio  long linked by the decades-old feud between Ja Rule and 50 Cent’s G-Unit crew exchanged shouting and insults in the plane aisle before airline staff stepped in to calm things down. One video even shows Ja Rule throwing a pillow at Tony Yayo’s head, something the rapper later joked about on social media as “hilarious.”

Uncle Murda, another party in the incident, posted clips suggesting Ja Rule eventually got off the flight, with Murda taking his seat after the dispute. A Delta spokesperson confirmed there was a disagreement and that at least one passenger was rebooked on a later flight.

The unexpected mid-air drama has reignited attention on the long-running hip-hop beef, with fans and fellow artists like 50 Cent poking fun at Ja Rule’s antics online.
