Kris Jenner has revealed what she says is the only real part of her face after undergoing a $100,000 facelift.

The 70-year-old momager, known for her youthful looks, opened up about her cosmetic procedures in the latest episode of The Kardashians. Speaking with her daughter Kim in Paris, Kris said her nose is “probably the only thing on my face that’s real.” She also noted that her teeth are real and that she has never had veneers.

Kris explained she had the facelift to feel like the best version of herself. “I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,” she told Vogue Arabia. “Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself. If you want to age gracefully, do it your way. For me, this is my version of aging gracefully.”

The reality star has been open about her procedures to encourage others not to be afraid of cosmetic surgery. She shared that her surgeon, Dr. Steven M. Levine, has a “password” system to screen requests for consultations.

Kris has had other procedures in the past, including Botox, breast augmentation in the 1980s, earlobe reduction surgery in 2018, and a hip replacement in 2022.

Recently, she attended the 20th Anniversary of L’Oreal Paris Women of Worth event in Los Angeles, showing off her youthful look in a red Valentino dress with a black blazer and matching gloves. Her children have also praised her transformation, with Kim posting about it on Instagram earlier this year.
