Gospel singer Nathaniel Bassey has responded to a participant who asked that his popular Hallelujah Challenge end on time.
The midnight prayer and worship session, which attracts thousands of viewers worldwide, often runs past its scheduled time, prompting some fans to voice their struggles with keeping up.
One participant, Meyina, commented:
“Pastor Nath, can we stick to time please? Some of us have to wake up early, biko.”
Bassey, who recently completed the Hallelujah Challenge House project, replied kindly:
“You are blessed. Kindly log out at 1 a.m. and watch later in the day. Blessings.”
Meyina later thanked him, saying she didn’t know it was possible to rewatch the sessions.
The Hallelujah Challenge, which began in 2017, has become a global online prayer movement, with many participants sharing testimonies of miracles and answered prayers.
