Trinidadian rapper Nicki Minaj has publicly expressed her admiration for U.S. President Donald Trump, describing herself as his “number one fan.”
Speaking at the launch of the investment initiative “Trump Accounts” on Thursday, Minaj said criticism directed at the President only strengthened her support.
“I will say that I am probably the president’s number one fan, and that’s not going to change. And the hate or what people have to say, it does not affect me at all. It actually motivates me to support him more. He has a lot of force behind him and God is protecting him. Amen,” she stated.
Minaj’s comments come amid growing attention on public figures who openly back Trump, highlighting the continued intersection of celebrity influence and U.S. politics.
