Chief Kanran was a beloved icon in the Yoruba film world a true multi-hyphenate. He began acting as a child, studied Theatre Arts at UNILAG and OAU, hosted a program on MTV Lagos, and ultimately expanded into directing and filmmaking across theatre and television.
