Rapper Offset is facing a lawsuit from a security guard who claims the artist attacked him during an argument at a Los Angeles dispensary.

According to TMZ, the guard, identified as Jim Sanchez, says he was working at MedMen LAX in March when Offset and his friends entered the store. Sanchez alleges that he asked Offset for identification, which angered the rapper and led to a confrontation.

He claims Offset became aggressive, struck him in the face, and that members of the rapper’s entourage joined in the attack. Sanchez says the incident left him with severe headaches and neck pain, requiring medical attention.

Sanchez is now suing Offset for assault, battery, and emotional distress.

However, Offset’s team has denied the accusations, calling them “completely false.” They claim the security guard was the one who approached the rapper aggressively and even spat on him, sparking the fight.

TMZ reports that witnesses said the guard later used mace on Offset and his crew during the scuffle.

Both Offset and Sanchez’s lawyer have yet to release further comments on the case.
