Osas Ighodaro’s first On-screen kiss was a surprise
Nollywood’s dazzling star Osas Ighodaro just spilled the tea on her first ever on-screen kiss — and let’s just say, it was more dramatic than romantic.
Speaking on The Culture League podcast, she revealed that although she knew a kiss was coming, she was not prepared for what happened next: her partner suddenly tried to use his tongue. Yes, she said “tongue.” No prior discussion. No heads-up.
“My first on‑screen kiss in Nigeria took me by surprise. Though, I knew the kiss was coming… In my experience, you are not supposed to put your tongue down somebody’s mouth. But the person did… If you’re going to do an on‑screen kiss, you talk about it… That’s just the basics.”
She called it rude and unprofessional — and you know she’s right. These kinds of intimate scenes need trust and communication before the cameras roll, not shocking surprises!
