Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has shared her excitement after her long-separated parents reunited, calling it a long-awaited moment of peace for her family.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, Regina said her parents, who had been sworn enemies for years, finally reconciled for her sake.
“Two sworn enemies reuniting with no negative motive other than their daughter’s happiness. And I dare question God for putting me in this situation?” she wrote.
The actress revealed that both parents are currently in Abuja, working together to secure the release of her brother, Sammy, who is reportedly in detention.
“Sammy’s detainment is taking way too long, but we will get him out even if I have to go there myself and cause a storm! Since they want me!” she added.
Regina also praised her parents, describing her father as “one of the biggest lawyers back in the day” and her mother, veteran actress Rita Daniels, as “a powerhouse” who would do anything for her children.
“My father is a lawyer — one of the biggest back in the day — but Nigeria happened. I’ll tell you more about him later. And my mother? She’s a powerhouse! They would do anything for their children. I love you, mom and dad! This is all I ever wanted,” she wrote.
Her post comes amid growing public attention surrounding her marriage to businessman and politician Ned Nwoko, which has been the subject of recent speculation.
