According to her posts on X (formerly Twitter), she diligently sent her script and creative vision for the “10 Kilo” video throughout April and May—“sending emails almost every other day” in a bid to collaborate with Davido’s team. When the director’s version dropped earlier this month (August 2025), she couldn’t shake the eerie familiarity: “the very core theme and idea, right there in the video (though with a few tweaks).”
Her heartfelt revelation resonated across social media, sparking heated debates in the comment sections. Many sympathized and offered advice, while others suggested the similarity could be mere coincidence or that perhaps the director had independently conceived the same idea.
