OnlyFans creator, Skylar Mae, has expressed her gratitude towards Sydney Sweeney and the hit HBO series Euphoria, claiming that the show’s latest season has provided a significant promotional boost to the adult content platform.
In an exclusive interview with TMZ, Skylar revealed that she was particularly fond of a specific scene where Sydney Sweeney’s character dresses up in a dog costume to make money as an adult content creator, which Skylar said mirrored real-life experiences for many content creators on OnlyFans.
“I love the dog costume scene,” Skylar said, noting that Sydney’s portrayal of an adult content creator on the show has brought more attention to the platform. “Sydney’s star power and Euphoria’s huge popularity are definitely shining a light on our industry, and I’m hoping it translates into more subscriptions and more income for creators like myself.”
However, Skylar had mixed feelings about another scene in which Sydney’s character dresses up as a baby for a content shoot. Although Skylar has received similar requests in real life, she made it clear that she draws the line at such extreme fetishes.
“I’m not a fan of the baby costume scene,” Skylar admitted. “I’ve gotten requests like that, but that’s where I personally set boundaries.”
Despite her reservations about certain scenes, Skylar Mae believes that all publicity, even unconventional or controversial, is good publicity.
Skylar’s comments come amid increased visibility for OnlyFans content creators, with the series shining a spotlight on their world in a way that is both controversial and attention-grabbing for viewers.
