U.S. President Donald Trump and billionaire Elon Musk were seen together on Sunday at the memorial service for right-wing activist Charlie Kirk in Glendale, Arizona, months after their bitter public fallout.

The pair were spotted shaking hands and speaking as tens of thousands attended the stadium event. Musk, owner of X (formerly Twitter), later posted a photo of himself sitting with Trump, captioned simply: “For Charlie.”

Trump and Musk were once close allies. Musk donated over $270 million to Trump’s campaign and worked with his administration on the “Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).” But their relationship broke down after Musk slammed Trump’s tax and spending bill as “utterly insane and destructive.”

The feud escalated online, with Musk accusing Trump of ties to Jeffrey Epstein, while Trump suggested he could “take a look” at deporting the tech mogul.

It is unclear if Sunday marked their first face-to-face meeting since the row, but their public appearance together has fueled speculation of a possible reconciliation.
