Nigerian singer Seyi Shay has revealed that she was once romantically involved with rapper Vector the Viper. Speaking on her talk show, Sharing with Seyi, she disclosed that their on-screen chemistry in the 2018 film Lara and the Beat stemmed from a real-life connection.
“Vector and I… we were actually an item,” she shared, noting that their bond predated their fame and made their performances feel authentic. She also commended Vector’s wife for her professionalism during filming, stating, “She was like, oh yeah, do the kiss!” Seyi emphasized that despite their past, she and Vector have remained great friends.
