Nollywood heartthrob Nonso Diobi is finally spilling the tea on why he’s still unmarried at 48 — and it has everything to do with the screen life.
In a recent heartfelt interview, the veteran actor confessed that growing up in front of the cameramade it hard for him to live a “normal” life — especially when it comes to romance. “I grew up on TV,” Diobi said. “I don’t even know what it means to be a regular guy anymore.”
Fans were stunned, as Diobi, once seen as one of Nigeria’s most eligible bachelors, admitted that blending real life with on-screen roles blurred his path to love. His decades-long career, while iconic, came at the cost of authentic relationships.
Despite the bachelor status, Diobi assured fans that he still believes in love — but only when it comes naturally, not as part of the script.
