Actress and content creator Kiekie has opened up about why her husband rarely appears on her social media, making it clear that the decision is intentional and not about secrecy. Speaking during an interview with Chude Jideonwo, she said her husband is simply not part of the public-facing side of her brand.
According to Kiekie, her Instagram page is mainly a business platform where she shares comedy skits, promotions, and other work-related content. She explained that since her husband is not involved in that part of her career, she sees no reason to constantly feature him online.
The actress stressed that she is not hiding her marriage, but choosing to keep that area of her life private. Kiekie married Shonaola Ilori in February 2020, and the couple welcomed their first child in November 2022.
