Wizkid responded with a post on Snapchat, where he referred to 2Baba as an "old man" and suggested he should focus on resolving family issues before offering opinions on music. "At least make peace with your family first before having opinions about music," Wizkid stated in his post. "I'm never letting it slack in 2026."
