Nigerian Afrobeats star Asake is gearing up for another major moment in his career, as he officially announces his fourth studio album titled “M$NEY.”
The singer revealed that the highly anticipated project is set to drop on May 1, 2026, continuing his impressive streak of releasing a full album almost every year since his breakout.
Rather than following the usual promo route, Asake took a more artistic approach to unveil the project. He shared a cinematic visual featuring Iraqi-Dutch sculptor Athar Jabar, who was seen crafting a life-size marble bust of the singer in Carrara, Italy.
The use of premium Statuario marble famously linked to Renaissance masterpieces has been interpreted as a bold statement about legacy, suggesting Asake is positioning himself as a lasting force in global music.
This upcoming album follows a powerful run of previous projects, including Mr. Money With The Vibe (2022), Work of Art (2023), and Lungu Boy (2024), all of which helped cement his place as one of Nigeria’s most consistent hitmakers.
Fans are already buzzing online, with many expecting “M$NEY” to push his sound even further and deliver another set of chart-topping hits.
With the countdown now on, all eyes are on Asake to see if he can once again raise the bar and possibly dominate the music scene in 2026.
