Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Christian “King” Combs have reportedly settled a lawsuit filed against them by a law firm over outstanding legal fees, bringing another legal dispute involving the family to a close.
The case was filed by Los Angeles-based law firm Summa LLP, which accused the father-and-son duo of failing to pay invoices linked to legal services provided during previous court battles. According to court documents, the firm claimed more than 100 hours of attorney work and about 90 hours of paralegal services went unpaid, totaling over $53,000.
Reports indicate that part of the legal work was connected to the civil sexual assault lawsuit previously filed against Christian Combs by yacht steward Grace O’Marcaigh, who alleged she was pressured into sexual acts while working aboard a chartered yacht. The claims were disputed, with Diddy also denying involvement in the alleged incident.
Following negotiations, both parties have now reached a settlement agreement, leading to the dismissal of the unpaid fees lawsuit. However, details of the financial terms agreed upon were not made public.
The resolution comes as Diddy continues to deal with multiple legal challenges while serving a federal prison sentence after being convicted on transportation-related prostitution charges in 2025.
With this settlement finalized, the Combs family has effectively closed one more chapter in a series of ongoing legal controversies surrounding the embattled music executive and his inner circle.
