Celebrity Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has issued a legal warning letter to singer Seyi Vibez, threatening a lawsuit over defamatory comments made during his public feud with music executive Damilola Akinwunmi (Dapper).
Seyi Vibez claimed online that Dapper used artists’ catalogue funds to finance Baci’s cosmetic surgery and mocked her food, prompting the chef to accuse him of libel and defamation.

In the formal demand letter, Baci’s legal team instructed the artist to delete all offensive posts across his social media platforms within three days, issue a prominent public apology, and sign a written agreement to cease publishing defamatory content about her in the future.
“In light of the foregoing, we hereby demand that upon receipt of this letter, you immediately remove and permanently delete the above referenced publications,” the letter stated, demanding that Seyi Vibez “issue a clear and unequivocal public apology and retraction in respect of the offending publications.”
