BBNaija star and actress Liquorose has shared how she came up with her unique stage name, talked about her family, and revealed her future plans during an interview on the Off the Top podcast with VJ Adams.
She explained the origin of her name:
“I picked Liquorose on December 31, 2012. I drink like liquor, and my name is Rosaline. I’m a shy person, but my mum says, ‘Alcohol is never shy.’”
Liquorose said her busy work schedule keeps her away from home.
“I don’t go home often. I miss my home and my bed. My family is very close—we laugh a lot and share stories. The last time I went home was last year for charity work in December,” she said.
The 30-year-old star also spoke about her dream of having a big family.
“I want nine kids,” she said.
She added that her view of marriage has changed over the years.
“Growing up, I thought I could get married quietly. But now I want a big wedding. Liquorose is officially taken, so I have to celebrate it properly,” she said.
