Kylie Jenner is facing another legal battle from a former employee, adding fresh pressure to the reality star’s growing list of workplace-related lawsuits in 2026.
A former personal chef has filed a lawsuit against Jenner in Los Angeles Superior Court, according to court documents cited by the Los Angeles Times.
The woman, whose name has not been publicly revealed, is seeking unspecified damages.
She claims she worked long and physically demanding shifts while employed as Jenner’s private chef.
The lawsuit also names some of her supervisors as co-defendants.
Fresh legal trouble for Kylie Jenner
According to the court filing, the former chef began working for Jenner in November 2024.
She alleged that she regularly worked 11 to 12-hour shifts, five days a week.
In December 2024, she reportedly informed her supervisors that she was three months pregnant and had a high-risk pregnancy that required reasonable workplace accommodation.
The lawsuit claims those accommodations were not properly provided.
The woman alleged that on New Year’s Eve 2024, she was instructed to lift and move heavy food items across the street and uphill without assistance.
She claimed the task left her dizzy and struggling for air before security personnel stepped in to help.
The lawsuit also described another incident around February 1, 2025, when the chef said she was made to work at a birthday event for one of Jenner’s children in Palm Springs.
She alleged that she did not receive enough support to handle the demands of the event and that her request for help was ignored.
According to the filing, she became emotionally overwhelmed during the event and later experienced severe physical exhaustion.
The next morning, she alleged that she experienced severe blood loss and went to a hospital, where she was told she had lost her unborn child.
The claims have not been tested in court.
What the lawsuit could cost
The former chef is seeking unspecified damages, meaning no fixed public amount has been confirmed.
However, the case could expose Jenner and the named defendants to legal costs and possible financial liability if the claims succeed.
The allegations include failure to provide accommodation, pregnancy discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, delayed payment, inaccurate payment for hours worked and alleged misclassification as an independent contractor.
Representatives for Jenner and the former chef did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The lawsuit is the third known legal action filed against Jenner by a former employee in 2026.
In April, former housekeeper Angelica Vasquez sued Jenner for wrongful termination.
Vasquez alleged that she faced discrimination linked to religion and national origin by other staff members.
She also claimed she was given difficult tasks, excluded from the housekeeping team and publicly humiliated by coworkers.
Later that month, another former housekeeper, Juana Delgado Soto, also filed a lawsuit against Jenner with similar allegations of mistreatment by staff members.
Soto claimed she asked Jenner for help but was allegedly threatened with dismissal and told by other staff members not to contact Jenner again.
Jenner has not publicly commented on the latest lawsuit.
