Get this Nicki Minaj might lose her lavish Hidden Hills home (worth roughly $20 million) over her husband’s old assault case. According to court docs, she and Kenneth Petty owe over $503,318 to their former security chief, Thomas Weidenmüller, after a German court found in his favor.
Apparently, Weidenmüller’s team says the couple ignored multiple payment demands, so now they’re petitioning to sell Nicki’s property to recover the debts. That mansion already carries a $13,258,000 mortgage lien plus a $722,151 homestead exemption which leaves around $6 million in equitypotentially available to satisfy the judgment.
Sources say Nicki and Kenneth haven’t commented yet. Either way, this scandal just added yet anotherheadline to Nicki’s drama-filled year.
