Super Eagles defender Ola Aina has signed a new contract with Nottingham Forest that will keep him at the club until June 2028.

The 27-year-old joined Forest in 2023 after leaving Italian side Torino. Since then, he has become an important player for the team, playing regularly as a full-back during the 2024/25 season.

His new deal comes shortly after another right-back, Neco Williams, also extended his contract. This shows that the club wants to keep its key defenders and build a strong backline.

Aina played in 22 Premier League matches last season and earned praise for his speed, flexibility, and solid defending.

Transfer news expert Fabrizio Romano shared the update on his official X page on Monday, July 7, confirming that Aina had agreed to a contract extension that runs until 202
