Senator Ned Nwoko has celebrated the birthdays of his two sons with actress Regina Daniels, Munir and Khalifa, amid the ongoing public attention surrounding their family dispute.
The politician shared photos of the boys and a video from a low-key birthday celebration organised for them with their schoolmates.
Regina Daniels was, however, not seen in the birthday post, sparking reactions from social media users.
In his birthday message, Nwoko said his heart was filled with gratitude to God for His faithfulness as the boys marked another year.
“I joined my beloved sons, Moon and Khalifa, in celebrating another beautiful milestone with their school family,” he wrote.
“As Moon turns 6 and KC turns 4, my heart is filled with gratitude to God for His faithfulness. My prayer is that they continue to grow in wisdom, discipline, compassion, and the fear of God.
“May your lives be filled with endless possibilities and remarkable achievements.
“Happy Birthday, my dear boys. May God continue to bless and keep you always.”
Birthday post draws attention amid family dispute
The birthday celebration has stirred reactions online, with many fans commenting on Regina Daniels’ absence from the post.
The development comes amid an ongoing custody dispute between Nwoko and the actress, which has remained a subject of public interest.
According to reports, Nwoko currently has temporary custody of the children while the matter remains before an Abuja Family Court.
A few days earlier, the senator also shared a video of Munir, popularly called Moon, receiving an award at his school event.
Nwoko said the award recognised the boy’s outstanding achievements and contributions during the academic year.
The latest birthday post has again placed the family in the spotlight, as fans continue to follow developments involving the senator, Regina Daniels and their children.
