Wizkid is the greatest Afrobeats artiste – Olamide

Nigerian rapper and music executive Olamide Gbenga Adedeji, popularly known as Olamide, has praised fellow artist Wizkid as the greatest Afrobeats musician of the current generation.

Speaking with students at York University, Toronto, Olamide said collaborating with Wizkid has been a privilege, highlighting their many successful songs together.

“I’ve had the privilege of working with Wizkid. We’ve made so many songs together. After Fela, Wizkid is the greatest Afrobeats artist ever,” he said.

The rapper’s remarks add to ongoing discussions about Wizkid’s influence and legacy in Nigerian music.
