Cristiano Ronaldo is finally getting married to Georgina Rodríguez after years of speculation.
The football superstar proposed to his long-time partner, and she said yes. Georgina announced the news on Instagram on Monday, showing off a huge diamond ring that grabbed everyone’s attention.
“Yes I do. In this and in all my lives,” she wrote in the caption.
Fans quickly noticed the ring is different from the one she had been wearing before — this one is bigger and more dazzling.
Just last month, Ronaldo explained why they hadn’t married yet, saying on Netflix: “I always tell her, ‘when we get that click.’ It could be in a year, six months, or even a month. I’m 1000% sure it’ll happen.”
It seems that “click” has finally come, and CR7 has just scored one of the most important goals of his life.
