The billionaire owner of adult content platform OnlyFans, Leo Radvinsky, has died at the age of 43 after a prolonged battle with cancer.
Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-born entrepreneur, amassed a fortune estimated at $4.7 billion, largely through his company, Fenix International Limited, which holds a majority stake in OnlyFans. At the height of the platform’s growth, he reportedly earned up to $1.8 million daily from subscriptions and related ventures.
A spokesperson for the company confirmed the news, saying: “Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”
Radvinsky lived with his family in Pompano Beach, Florida, where he passed away. Beyond his business ventures, he was known as a philanthropist and angel investor.
He acquired OnlyFans in 2018 from the Stokely family in the United Kingdom, overseeing rapid expansion that saw users spend a record $7.2 billion on the subscription-based platform in 2024. Between 2021 and 2025, he reportedly paid himself $1.8 billion in dividends.
In 2025, Radvinsky attempted to sell the platform but struggled to secure a buyer, with reports suggesting the adult content nature of the business as a key factor.
His death marks the end of an era for OnlyFans, a platform that transformed the adult content industry and attracted global attention for its controversial business model
