Afrobeat superstar Wizkid’s first son, Boluwatife Ayodeji Balogun, known as Tife, has released his debut music project titled Champion’s Arrival.
In a video shared on Instagram on Tuesday, the 14-year-old announced: “The Champion has arrived. My debut EP Champion’s Arrival is out now on all platforms.”
Fans have reacted positively, with the post receiving over 45,000 likes and 4,000 comments praising the young artiste’s debut.
Tife had earlier teased the project on October 28, sharing a short Instagram video with the caption: “Champion’s Arrival. Videographer: DIKASTUDIOS. Producer: iamhosana_.”
In the teaser, he confidently rapped: “Shoutout to the OGs in the game, but it’s time to pass on the baton,” and “I’ve got zero competition.”
His mother, Shola Ogudu, expressed pride in her son, writing on Instagram: “Super proud of you SON!!!! We give God all the glory,” and linking the EP in her bio.
The five-track EP includes Champion Montana, Grind, Superstar, Champion Sound, and Champion.
